Terms of Service
Last updated June 21, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ainectra website (ainectra.com, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms cover this marketing website only; our products, including The Loan Officer, are governed by their own separate terms.
About the Site
The Site is an informational website about Ainectra, a financial technology studio, and its work. Content on the Site is provided for general information. It is not financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and nothing on the Site is an offer to provide any product or service.
Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, design, graphics, and the Ainectra name, logo, and marks — are owned by Ainectra or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scraping it in a way that burdens our infrastructure, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites, including theloanofficer.io. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Following such links is at your own risk and subject to those sites’ terms.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ainectra and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
